What is it?
To ensure that our services are the best we can make them for as many people as possible, we need real, honest insight from different people all over the region.Â
Our Insight Panel is made up of people of diverse backgrounds, ages, experiences and postcodes. Membership is open to anyone aged 16 or over living in Tyne and Wear, Northumberland or County Durham. It doesn’t matter if you use public transport or not.

What’s in it for me?
You’ll be playing a key role in influencing our decisions and helping to improve and shape valuable transport services that’ll make a positive difference to people’s lives for years to come.Â
We email our Insight Panel members about once a month and invite them to complete a short online survey. Questions cover a wide range of subjects and issues (take a look at our previous surveys below for examples). They only take a few minutes to complete, and it doesn’t matter if you use public transport or not.
What’s more, to thank you for your time we’ll give you the opportunity to enter exclusive prize draws for panel members.
