Health and wellbeing

Every day goes better if you’re feeling good. We’re committed to helping you feel your best, not just at work but all the time.

Supporting you to thrive

Your health and happiness is important to us. Our teams can rely on full support from our Occupational Health Service, trained Mental Health First Aiders, and HR team, as well as regular awareness events and initiatives.

Colleagues can contribute to a health cash plan that will contribute towards dental and optical costs and lots more, for you and any dependants you have. We also offer free health checks, free eyesight testing and free flu jabs.

Our approach to wellbeing

Our extensive wellbeing programme promotes a happy and healthy workforce by raising awareness, educating, and signposting colleagues to services and programmes available to them. In recognition of our work towards this, we’re proud to have been awarded Maintaining Excellence and Ambassador Status in the Better Health at Work Awards 2025.

As well as a dedicated wellbeing policy, we also have policies to support colleagues at all stages of their lives, including agile working, menopause, transgender, shared parental leave, carers, volunteering and more, and an equality, diversity, and respect pledge.

Our Wellbeing Committee promotes many initiatives throughout the year, including nutrition, stress and mental health awareness initiatives, wellbeing walks and an employee ideas scheme.

If all this sounds like an environment you could thrive in, take a look at our current vacancies.
