We’ve got a dedicated Learning Centre with a specialist in-house training team, delivering a wide range of training and learning opportunities for colleagues. It includes a train track, mock station and Metro driver training simulator as well as classroom space.

Our people are our greatest asset, and offering a great employee experience is fundamental to our success. We want everyone to feel respected and included, and have invested time and resources into an award-winning Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and policies for menopause, transgender colleagues, parental leave, volunteering, wellbeing, and more.
